Our fees are either by the square foot or a single monthly fee to manage your projects as Owner's Rep. Flexibility on costs depends on the services chosen, time and size. Per square foot fees as low as $4 on residential builds.
CSA carries a 2M Owner’s Representation Liability policy to additionally protect all our Client’s interests and requires the same for all our Subcontractors.

CSA reserves the right to substitute brand name features without notice and at their sole discretion with equal or better quality. On Your Lot standard pricing does not include architect services for non CSA plans, tree & topo survey, site work (building pad scalping and grading within 30’ outside of building pad is standard), dirt fill per municipality code to raise building pad, cement drives longer then 30’, utility hookup, well, septic cost or impact fees. These costs are not a standard feature as they are lot specific and will occur additional costs.
